1. we are not accepting ideas or proposals from individuals at this time. Even if you send us your idea or plan, we will not accept it. Even if you send us your ideas and plans, they may not be protected by copyright law (Article 2, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Copyright Law). And that we will promptly destroy them. Please also understand that this will not affect our future video production or work creation.

2. If you have any materials to submit, please specify the purpose of your inquiry in the body of the message. If necessary, please attach or send the materials after our representative contacts you.

3. We will make every effort to properly manage and operate the personal information we receive as follows.

3-1. Purpose of use
Personal information (information that can identify a specific individual, such as address, name, telephone number, e-mail, etc.) provided by the Company will be used only for the purpose of video production and related activities.

3-2. Provision to Third Parties
We will not provide personal data to third parties except in the following cases.
(1) When there is the consent of the person in question.
(2) When disclosure or provision of personal information is required by law.
(3) When all or part of the operations related to the handling of personal information is entrusted to a third party. (In this case, however, we will endeavor to appropriately supervise the contractor by concluding a personal information protection agreement with the contractor.)
(4) When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
(5) When it is necessary to cooperate with national or local government agencies or their contractors in the execution of their legal duties, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person in question.
